The Biovator is a fully enclosed rotating drum that composts food waste, manure, or livestock mortality continuously — no turning, no windrows, no waiting for a batch to finish before you load the next one.

Because the drum is loaded continuously, waste at different stages of decomposition sits side by side inside it at all times — you're never waiting on a single batch.
Fresh waste goes in with a carbon source — wood shavings or a similar bulking agent — at roughly a 1:1 ratio.
ANY TIME, ANY VOLUME UP TO CAPACITYA timer turns the drum in short intervals. Internal paddles mix the material and auger it toward the far end.
130–160°F INTERNAL TEMPERATUREFinished compost exits the far end a little at a time with every rotation — no need to stop to unload.
4–14 DAYS LOAD TO DISCHARGEOpen piles and windrows work, but they're slow, exposed to weather, and need regular turning. In-vessel composting keeps the process enclosed, controlled, and continuous.
